Mr. Mohajerian is the managing member of the firm. He is a defense attorney and counsels clients on regulatory compliance matters. He litigates and defends corporate clients in class action and complex cases before State and Federal Courts involving labor and employment law (employer side only), franchise and distribution, and intellectual property disputes. He has broad experience involving complex litigation in labor, distribution, trademark, trade secrets, unfair competition, product liability and ADA laws. For over 30 years, he has represented clients in multi-party, complex and class action matters. He represents and counsels manufactures, pharmaceuticals companies, healthcare providers, national trucking and transportation providers, franchisors and distributors on regulatory compliance matters.

He is a member of the State Bar of California and is a member of the California Lawyers Association, the Labor and Employment.

He is admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for Federal Circuit, United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, Federal District Courts for the Southern, Central, Northern and Eastern Districts of California. He served two three-year terms as the member of the Franchise Law Committee of the State Bar of California.

Mr. Mohajerian has been nominated and selected as a Super Lawyer by Thomson Reuters’ Super Lawyers publication which provides rating service of outstanding lawyers who have attained a high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.
