He is admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for Federal Circuit, United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, Federal District Courts for the Southern, Central, Northern, and Eastern Districts of California. He served two three-year terms as a member of the Franchise Law Committee of the State Bar of California.
